Returns & Refund is a guarantee provided by sellers for every product they sell on olayko.com.
When you receive a product that was bought and paid for on our site, and you find it is not as described or is of low quality, you can contact the seller to resolve these problems (according to the seller's set of returns guarantees).You will then be able to request a full refund and return the item, or keep the item and agree a partial refund with seller.
All products on olayko.com have the Returns & Refund guarantee. Any product bought through the site is protected if the items you received are not as described.
The following situations are not included:
1. An item you claim is not as described, but the seller can prove that it is.
2. Items are as described, but you no longer want them (unless the seller offers Easy Returns)
You can submit refund requests up to 15 days after your order has been completed. You can do this by opening a dispute in the seller page. Please note that you can only open one dispute per order.
If you agreed with the seller to return your item, please also check the seller’s shipping terms. If the seller pays the return shipping fee, please make sure you first agree on the shipping method and how the seller will pay you back the shipping fee.
1. Only if a seller offers Domestic Returns will you able to apply for a refund under this policy.
2. The product should be unused and in its original packaging.
Refunds do not apply if:
You did not receive your items and forgot to apply for a refund on time (=on-time delivery date + 15 days).
1. Goods which have been taken out of their original packaging cannot be sold again by the seller and can therefore not be returned.
2. Goods should be returned in the exact same packaging as in which they were received, including accessories, manuals, invoices, tags, etc.
3. Goods or accessories which show signs of being used or damaged will not be accepted for returns.
4. Goods that have been washed, worn, damaged or had tags removed from, will not be taken back by the seller.
5. Jewelry, watches, accessories, glasses or similar products which have been used, customized, carved, changed or damaged can also not be returned.
You will only have to pay a domestic shipping fee, as the items need to be returned to a warehouse in your country.
Guaranteed Genuine is an additional guarantee that sellers may offer for some of their products sold on Olayko.com. If the item you purchased under this guarantee is confirmed to be counterfeit, you will get a full refund (shipping costs included) from the seller.
Not all products on Olayko.com come with this guarantee. Sellers can choose to offer this extra service, and will most likely do so if they have products belonging to the following categories:
Fine jewelry, electronic cigarettes, computers, communication devices, consumer electronics, watches, sportswear and accessories.
1. The product you purchased must be labelled as Guaranteed Genuine.
2. You can submit refund requests up to 15 days after your order has been completed. You can do this by opening a dispute in the order details page. Please note that you can only open one dispute per order.
3. You will be asked to submit as much evidence as you can to prove that the item you purchased is counterfeit.
