Returns & Exchange

  • Buyer can returns & exchange their product in the following manner.
  • Only selected order status will be used by the seller for changing their product order status.
  • A return can be accepted in case of the following situations:
  • Item was damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was sent by the seller (Please note that the product image as seen on the olayko website/app may or may not be an exact representation of the product shipped by you)
  • Wrong size/specifications.
  • Item was damaged during shipping.
  • Items/Returns was dispatched by the buyer within 7 days from the date of purchase. 
           Given below is the list of products seller may not accept for return:
  • Lingerie and Nightwear
  • Swimwear
  • Shapewear
  • Underwear
  • Socks
  • Opened & used cosmetic items
  • Items found with traces of wear & tear
  • Electronics under warranty: In case the buyer receives the product in decent condition with no damage, but encounters problems with it after 7 days, please contact the brand of the electronic product directly
  • Non-damaged, non-defective electronics with broken seals/tampered bar codes
  • The time period within which the product is acceptable by seller for returns is 30 days.
  • Seller accept only those product which buyer handover/dispatch the returns within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • If the returns are accepted under the above situation, then seller required to pay shipping fee for returns/exchange.
  • Same shipping cost will be occur on account of seller.
  • All products are checked by the seller for the following conditions while accepting the returns/exchange.
  • Correct product: The product must have the original tags/MEI/name/image/brand/serial-number/article-number/barcode.
  • Unused product: The product should be unused, unwashed and unsoiled.
  •  Upon accepting the returns by the seller, he has to change the status of the product in their dashboard.
  • Seller ensure that the product will re-delivered within no time under the exchange.
  • It is advise to buyer to contact to seller in Buyer-seller communication module mentioning all returns or exchange details.
