Returns & exchange
- Seller can accept returns & exchange in the
- Only selected order status will be used by the seller
for changing their product order status.

- Wrong item was sent by the

website/app may or may not be an exact representation of the product

- Wrong size/specifications.

- Lingerie and Nightwear
- Opened & used cosmetic
- Items found with traces of wear
- Electronics under warranty: In
case the buyer receives the product in decent condition with no damage,
but encounters problems with it after 7 days, please contact the brand of
the electronic product directly
- Non-damaged, non-defective
electronics with broken seals/tampered bar codes
- The time period within which the product is acceptable
by seller for returns is 30 days.
- Seller accept only those product which buyer handover/dispatch the returns within 7 days from the date of purchase.
the returns are accepted under the above situation, then seller required
to pay shipping fee for returns/exchange.

- All products are checked by the seller for
